  1. Q.How can I recover food items which don’t generate automatically in the game (milk, meat, pastas…)?
  2. A.Many food items can be found in the garden (vegetable, fruits, fish…) but as for many others, you have to reset the game in order to recover them. To reset the game, go to the title screen and touch the reset button on the top right corner. A cristalline sound will let you know it worked.
 
  1. Q.How can I put items to their original place?/How can I reset the game?
  2. A.After playing for some time, you may have scattered the items between the rooms and want to put them back to their original place quickly. To start the game back from the beginning, click on the reset button on the top right corner of the title screen.
 
  1. Q.I have no sound.
  2. A.Your device is probably in mute mode. Try the following in order;
    1.   Turn on your device’s volume by pressing the side volume button
    2.   Turn on the switch that is located just above the side volume button
    If you're using an iPad, the sound issues could also be related to the Mute/Lock Rotation side switch.
    Follow the instructions in this document to assign it to sounds.
 
  1. Q.What mobile type and OS version do you support?
  2. A.We support iPads and iPhones running iOS 6.0 or above.
 
  1. Q.The app is crashing on my device. How do I solve the issue?
  2. A.This may happen when there are other apps running in the back end. Close all other apps and then restart "Gocco Playroom".
 
  1. Q.What should I do when the app doesn’t start?
  2. A.Try the following in order;
    1. 1.Make sure your device is running the latest software. If not, download the latest version of App Store.
    2. 2.Close all other apps running on your device, and then restart "Gocco Playroom" again.
    3. 3.If you still can’t solve the problem, power down the device and then turn it back on.
 
  1. Q.What will happen if I delete the app?
  2. A.If you delete the app, you can install it again for free as long as you download it with the same Apple ID you used to buy it. However, the app will be reset: all the changes you made will be lost, just as if you had pushed the reset button.
